Ground-up commercial construction and build-to-suit development for owner-occupiers who need space that does not yet exist. We build to the standard we would want to still own in thirty years — because more often than not, we will.

Whitgroup started as a regional broker and builder. Three recessions, two hurricanes and one very long boom later, we are still here doing what we do best. Helping Florida businesses.
Began brokering and building in Collier County. Building communities and larger projects for corporate developers.
Expanded into property management with the acquisition of Center Plaza. Thirteen suites over two floors, and still full nearly forty years later.
Returned to our building and development roots with the construction of 7 office buildings in the Sun City area.
